With the Online Payments module (+ £20 / month), members pay online by card. You connect your club's own Stripe account, so the money goes straight to the club, not through us.

Your members' data, looked after
Your club is responsible for its members' personal data. My Club Hub gives you the tools to look after it properly and answer members' requests quickly, without becoming a data protection expert.
Sensitive details encrypted
Dates of birth, phone numbers, emergency contacts and photos are encrypted in the database, not just behind a password.
Data requests in one click
Members download a copy of everything held about them from their own account. Admins can do it for anyone who asks.
Leavers handled properly
When someone leaves, archive them. Their record is encrypted and deleted automatically after 7 years, or straight away if they ask.

What do I get with the base price?
Your own hosted club admin site with the full membership system: member records, categories, online joining and renewals, committee permissions and member self-service.
Does it help us comply with GDPR?
Yes. Sensitive details are encrypted, members can download their own data, and your admins have a Data Protection page for answering requests and deleting leavers' records. Your club stays the data controller, so you decide what you collect and how long you keep it. Read our privacy policy.
How are modules charged?
Each module has its own monthly price, charged on top of the base price. The calculator above shows exactly what your club would pay each month.
Can I add or remove modules later?
Yes. Your club's admins can switch modules on or off at any time from the Billing page on your site. Changes are prorated, so you only pay for the days you have each module.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every club gets 7 days free, and you don't need a card to start. Add payment details from your site's Billing page any time before the trial ends to keep it running. If you don't, your site is paused (not deleted) until you do.
Do you take a cut of the money members pay us?
No. Online payments go through your club's own Stripe account and are paid straight to your club. We add no fee on top. The only charge is Stripe's standard processing fee on each payment (see Stripe's pricing).
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. There's no setup fee and no minimum term. You pay monthly and can cancel at any time from your site's Billing page; your site stays available until the end of the month you've paid for.
Can you move our existing members across?
Yes. Upload your existing spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) during setup, match its columns to ours, and your members are added in one go. If you get stuck, get in touch and we'll help.
Who can see our members' details?
Only your club. Each club's data is kept in its own separate database, and your committee decides who can see what. You stay in control of your members' data, and we only process it to run your site. See our privacy policy.
